High Intensity Interval Training is a good way to lose fat and improve endurance. The use of good timers is essential during these training sessions. For example, use a timer during a tabata: a 4-minute workout consisting of 8 20-second intervals. Using a stopwatch can be very impractical because you cannot fully concentrate on the training. Timers can be set in advance, so you only have to concentrate on the beep during training.

Remote control

The Crossmaxx® timers are supplied with a remote control, so that they can be positioned in a clearly visible place. The smaller Gymboss® timers are ideal for personal training sessions and small group training sessions, but can also be used at home.
