Owner Daniëlle Ammerlaan turned her passion for health and fitness into a career and created a training space where personal coaching, quality and a professional atmosphere take centre stage. From her gym, she provides personal training, circuit training and HYROX sessions for people with a wide range of goals. "I turned my passion for helping people improve their health and fitness into my profession. Above my gym, I run my own hair salon, allowing me to combine my two passions – helping people feel their best, both physically and mentally. My goal is to help people become stronger, fitter and more confident in a personal and professional environment."
A gym people love coming back to
From day one, Daniëlle knew her gym had to be more than just a room filled with great equipment. "I wanted to create a place where people feel welcome and genuinely enjoy coming to train. Not just a space with fitness equipment, but a professional and personal environment where quality comes first. My clients all have different goals, from becoming stronger and improving their fitness to preparing for sporting challenges, so I wanted a gym that was flexible enough to support everyone."
That vision is reflected throughout the facility. The layout is clean, calm and flexible, allowing personal training, circuit sessions and HYROX workouts to take place effectively. Every square metre has been carefully considered to maximise efficiency without making the space feel crowded.

In a commercial training facility, fitness equipment needs to do more than look good. Above all, it has to be reliable. Designed together
A great gym does not start with ordering equipment, but with a smart layout. Together with Daniëlle, we looked at the available space, the different training styles and the target audience. Which equipment would be used every day? How much open training space was needed? And how could everything come together in a logical way? "Designing the gym was a process that received a great deal of attention. I wanted to create a space that was practical, but also reflected quality and a sense of calm. The layout needed to provide enough room for personal training, strength training and functional workouts. By carefully considering the available space and how it would be used, we created a gym where clients feel comfortable and can train at their best. The personal advice made the entire process much easier and helped me make the right decisions."
