We strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible within 1–4 working days.
You kan expect to receive your order in one of the following ways:

- By Wesseling Transport
- Delivery by one of our colleagues of our Lifemaxx team (NL/BE)
We also offer you the possibility to have your order delivered to a different address.
Shipping via the website is possible to the following countries:
The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Luxembourg.

Pick up yourself
You can choose to pick up your order yourself at our warehouse in Rotterdam.
When you choose this option, we will get in touch with you to make an appointment so that we have enough time to have your order ready for pick up.
With this option you can choose for the payment option “pay on pickup”.
You can pay by cash or PIN.

Cancellation of your order
When you cancel your order which has not been shipped yet, will be free of charge.
If you cancel an order which has been shipped, you will be obliged to return the order to us yourself. In the event that we have received payment from you for the order, we will return your payment after our goods have been returned to us. The delivery charges will be subtracted.
Returning products / Cool down period
You have a cool down period of 14 days in which you can return our products without having to give us the reason why, starting from the date of delivery. Exceptions are especially assembled products (for example LMX75 and LMX75C dumbbells and LMX55 cable per meter) or special requests and products especially ordered to your order. The products must be returned unused and in the original packaging. (For more information please see article 5 of our Terms and Conditions).
All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be made known to us before dispatch to our office. This can be done by e-mail ([email protected]). Please state your name, address, telephone number, invoice or order number and IBAN account number.
Please note: the account number you submit must be the same as the account number which made payment to us. This is in connection with fraudulent bank transmissions.
Payments will be repaid within 7 days.
