The BB000006 BootyBuilder Selectorized Back Extension eliminates wrestling with weight plates and kettlebells for extra resistance when performing the hyperextension. The weight stack goes up to 120 KG.

The Selectorized Back Extension makes it easy to hold a comfortable bar for extra resistance and prevents weights from falling to the floor. The height-adjustable cushions make this device ideal for every user. The Back Extension provides focus while training hamstrings to the lower back.

By replacing the bar with an ankle strap (available separately), a “glute kickback” exercise can also be done with this device.
