In the Nieuw-Kralingen district of Rotterdam, you’ll find APEX Lifestyle Coaching, a modern personal training studio focused on sustainable lifestyle change. The studio is the younger sibling of RTM Lifestyle Gym, which specialises in CrossFit® and group training. APEX places strong emphasis on personal attention, taking a holistic approach that goes beyond exercise alone.
To furnish the training space, APEX selected our equipment; functional, durable, and perfectly aligned with the studio’s vision.
At APEX, it’s about more than just physical fitness. The coaching also addresses healthy daily routines, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and mindfulness. In short: accessible and lasting lifestyle transformation. This is offered through one-to-one coaching, duo training, small group sessions and nutritional guidance.
The APEX team consists of highly qualified professionals, each with their own area of expertise, united by a shared vision: to help people feel stronger, both physically and mentally. Specific target groups are also supported, such as pregnant and postpartum women, as well as those undergoing rehabilitation, prehabilitation, or looking to improve in strength training and weightlifting.
