Functional training means "training and strengthening in positions where you live and move." Functional training is important because strengthening movement patterns in which you live and move daily provides protection in everyday life. From bending down to pick up a baby to unloading groceries from a car and cleaning your house. We offer an extensive range of functional training and group fitness equipment that allow you to offer fun, effective, and complete workouts. Or you can, of course, use them yourself!
Extensive range of functional fitness equipment
When choosing functional training equipment, it’s important to focus on three essential properties: versatility for various workouts, top quality for long-term use, and safety features to prevent injuries. Look for compact options that are easy to store, suitable for all fitness levels, and within your budget. This way, you create an effective and efficient training environment that meets all requirements!
Everything you need for your group classes
In addition to a wide range of functional training equipment, we also offer a broad spectrum of equipment for fun, challenging, and effective group classes. Think of boxing equipment, pump equipment, yoga essentials, and HIIT training equipment such as fitness ropes, slam balls, and barbells. This variety of equipment makes every training session challenging and stimulating, keeping your members motivated and helping them achieve their goals!
