Yes, you can choose to collect your order from our office by appointment, so you can get your products quickly. You can also walk through our showroom while you’re there ;)

No, the discount is only valid on orders placed through our website.
6. What should I do if a product is out of stock?
Unfortunately, once an item is gone, it’s gone during Black Friday. Make sure to act quickly to avoid missing out on your favourite products. It’s not possible to reserve items and purchase them later with the Black Friday discount.
7. I placed an order just before Black Friday; can I receive the discount retroactively?
Unfortunately, the discount is not valid on previous or future orders.

No, the discount does not apply to items in the Sale category and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

We’ll do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but due to Black Friday, it may take a little longer than usual to receive your items.
