The Strongman sandbags are the alternative to training with Atlas stones. These sandbags are made of very durable 1000D Cordura material.

The sandbags are available in 3 sizes:

Strongman sandbag 45kg/100lb – Height: 19cm, diameter 40cm

Strongman sandbag 70kg/150lb – Height: 29cm, diameter 40cm

Strongman sandbag 90kg/200lb – Height: 39cm, diameter 40cm

Each Strongman sandbag comes with an extra filling bag. This filling bag can be filled with sand or rubber granulate. The sandbags are delivered without filling.

Note: The protective Velcro flap is NOT intended as a handle. Using this flap as a handle will damage the stitching and is not covered by the warranty. The sandbags are also NOT intended for slamming. Due to the nature of the material and their intended use, the bags may stretch over time.

We recommend filling the sandbags with the following types of sand, due to their grain size:

- Breaker sand
- Concrete sand
- Infill sand for artificial grass
- Masonry sand
