1. When is King’s Day 2027?
King’s Day falls on Tuesday 27 April. 

2. How can I prepare for King’s Day?
Make sure you have a wishlist of the products you want to purchase, follow us on social media for the latest updates and sign up for our newsletter. That way, you’ll be the first to hear about all deals.

3. Can I collect my order from your office in Rotterdam?
Yes, you can choose to collect your order by appointment at our office, so you can get your products quickly. You can also take a look around our showroom while you’re there.

4. Is the discount valid on all products?
The discount is valid on almost all products in our range, except for the Extreme Sprint Tracks (unlined, start & finish or numbers and custom-made) and products from Assault® Fitness, Bootybuilder®, Concept2®, FLR®, PT4Pro®, Torque® Fitness and Tryon®.

5. Is the King’s Day promotion also valid in the showroom or by phone?
No, the discount is only valid on orders placed via our website.

6. What should I do if a product is out of stock?
Unfortunately, during King’s Day it’s first come, first served. Make sure you act quickly to avoid missing out on your favourite items. It is not possible to reserve products and purchase them later with the King’s Day discount.

7. I placed an order just before King’s Day. Can I still receive the discount?
Unfortunately, the discount does not apply to previous or future orders.

8. Is the discount also valid on Sale items?
No, the discount is not valid on items in the Sale category and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

9. How long will it take to receive my order?
We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but due to King’s Day it may take slightly longer than usual.

10. How can I make sure I receive your discount codes first?
By signing up for our newsletter. Our subscribers are always the first to receive discount codes. We promise not to overload your inbox — we don’t like that either.
